Who builds your site

Two people. One process.

Malin designs and codes the pages — the visual direction, the layout, the typography, how everything feels. It's not a handoff between a designer and a developer. It's one person doing both, which means nothing gets lost in translation.

Jimmy handles the rest: domains, hosting, going live, Shopify setup and making sure everything keeps running after launch. When you work with us, you work directly with us — no account managers, no middlemen.

One focused page with a single job — campaigns, product launches, waitlists, a single offer, a high-intent landing page or a creator's media kit page like ours — the one link in your bio. It can still run long, but the goal is clear and the information architecture stays deliberately tight. It isn't a cheaper way to buy a full company website; it's the right tool when the job is focused.

Our price covers design, build and launch. Where a project needs them, any third-party fees are always billed transparently and separately.

  • Stripearound 1.5% + €0.25 per European card payment, with no monthly platform fee.

Monthly care plans

After launch, we don't disappear.

A live site is never really finished. Frameworks get updates, security patches land, and anything with logins, a database or private video needs continuing technical responsibility. We keep it dependable on a monthly basis — you update your own text and images, we look after everything underneath.

Plans are optional: without one your site stays online and stays yours — they pay for our time, not for keeping your site. Without a plan, changes are €120/hour, minimum one hour. We count the time actually spent, whichever of us does the work.

A brand website starts from €3,500, and a commerce & booking system from €5,500. Platforms & Memberships — course and membership platforms — are scoped to the project rather than sold at a fixed price. For smaller work, a single-page focus site starts from €1,800. These are entry points, not caps — final pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
A focus site is usually live within 1–2 weeks and a brand website takes around 3–5 weeks. Commerce, booking and platform builds depend on scope and are scheduled together. Timelines are agreed before kickoff and we keep you updated weekly.
Yes. Every site we build comes with a simple way to update text, swap images and adjust prices — no code, no developer needed. We walk you through it at launch.
Yes — and it's included, with no monthly hosting fee. Sites run on Vercel, on our account: fast, secure and on a global edge network. You bring your own domain and stay the owner of it, and we connect it at launch. If you ever want the site somewhere else, we hand over the source files and move the hosting to your own account.
Yes — that's our Commerce & Booking track. We build custom shops and checkout on your own site (payments via Stripe), or design and set up a Shopify storefront when that fits better, plus ordering, appointment or date booking, delivery logic and custom forms. For a simple product catalogue without checkout, a Brand Website with a CMS is often enough.
Yes — that's our Platforms & Memberships track. We build course platforms, membership areas and client portals with proper logins, student accounts, progress tracking and private video, using Supabase for authentication and protected content. It's a live system with real users, so it's scoped, priced and supported differently from a standard site. These are our largest undertakings — a platform typically starts where a Commerce & Booking build ends.

Kiilu is a two-person studio based in Algarve, Portugal. We're Malin and Jimmy, and we work directly with every client — no account managers, no middlemen.
Yes. We work in English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish. The whole site is available in Swedish at kiilu.io/sv.
You do. Once full payment is received the finished site is yours — the design, the content, the domain and the source files, to host and edit anywhere you like. The reusable components and templates underneath stay ours and come licensed with your site; they are what keeps the build fast and the price sensible.
